Jagr sez Ovechkin will score 70

Alexander Ovechkin's 65 goals of 2007-2008 season from OvechkinFans.com via YouTube:

Jarg's arrival to Russia continues to be a big deal. He is all over, what kind of apartment he got, how well he slept, and so on. Pavel Lysenkov doesn't leave Omsk now, he lives there. :-) While he was conducting one of the many interviews that Jagr gives every day to Russian media, he hooked up Ovechkin and Jagr over the phone.

Ovechkin: How long will you play in Russia?
Jagr: Two years. And then I'll go back to the Czech Republic. You see, I can't play in the NHL anymore. You're much better than me. What should I do in the league where Ovechkin scored 65 goals and I scored only 25? I was so bad that, like a man, I couldn't help but leave (Jagr's laughing, Alex is laughs too.) If you could've scored 40 and I could make 30, then it would make sense to stay for another year. But now I understand that I have nothing more to catch in the NHL. The NHL has Ovechkin now.

Ovechkin: Well, Jardo, I wish you the best of luck in Russia.
Jagr: And I wish you to win the Stanley Cup!

Jagr (turns to Lysenkov): The next season Ovechkin will score 70. How can one catch him? I am amazed where this guy gets so much energy. You can't get it just by training, you have to be born like that. They broke his nose, Ovechkin got mad and scored four vs. Montreal. How one can reproduce that? He is a unique talent!

This is the second interview conducted by Ovechkin. The first one was when he interviewed Mike Green. :-)
