Allhockey.ru has learned from reliable sources that Radulov's case will be heard by the North American court. Can you imagine how it may end?

Then they refer to the 'North American court' as a Canadian.

Obviously if Canadian court will hold the hearings, the Radulov's days in the K.H.L are numbered. However the N.H.L might lose Andrei Loktionov, Vyacheslav Voinov of the Los Angeles Kings and Andrei Mayorov of the Columbus Blue Jackets because their cases will be heard in the Russian courts.
