hehe good ones!

From Puddin_an_Semin, a true Semin and Caps fan:

I thought it only fitting to get this season started with some good old fashioned Caps fan mass hysteria. Let's face it, you know it's gonna happen so why not embrace it! Here is your homework for the weekend folks, you need to brainstorm and come up with some new things to freak out about for the upcoming season....

Here are some examples....

These of course are suggestion please feel free to add your thoughts or shall I say hysteria!

i think the whole backie comment is dumb. we kept nylander and clark and they missed the whole season. sides backie will be ready by the season. if anything hes just gunna miss camp. ya lets trade the person with the 2nd highest pt totals and leader in assists...thats smart.

and people really need to lay off thedore. ya he might not be the MVP he once was but he is a helluva lot better then olie was in recent years (bless olie's heart) and he's taken his team to the 2nd round of the playoffs the past 3 yrs (and last yr colorado was plaugued with injuries, so for jose and comapny to make the 2nd round is mostly credited to his netminding skills)

also if ovie hits a slump he's still the best player on the team and putting up significant numbers.

i realize they were just innocent comments meant to poke a friendly jab at the caps, but...they're getting rather old

all the comments were dumb but you know people are gonna say them ad nauseam, the whole point was not to poke jabs at the Caps but actually the fanbase.
