Does Ovechkin play through pain?

Miss Virginia visited the Capitals locker room after the game. She looked extremely thin and with her age she could be called Mrs. (at least according to Russian standards). She wanted to be photographed with Alexander, but for some reason the request has been rejected. Ovechkin said that the photograph would cause a scandal in Russia. He said it with the expression on his face that could meant a complete seriousness or complete mockery. I really hope that this brief sketch about Ovechkin's "morality" won't rise the scandal.

It was not difficult to guess that Alexander would respond to the last of the questions below with the same expression on his face.

Is it good to have Semin back to your line?
Of course! To have such a player as Sema is a huge plus for any team, it is especially nice when you play with him on the same line. True, we were sometimes too fancy. We played more for Semin to have him feel the game, the puck. In general it looked nice, but we scored only one goal to empty net (Alexander was referring to the 5 on 5 game. SM).

Can you say that with his return of the team gets a break from a string of back luck and injuries?
Yes, you could say we slowly getting out of it. I hope God would let Fedja (Sergei Fedorov. SM) and Green to come back too. Then everything will be alright.

And are you playing through pain?
Through pain? Well, yes, my stomach hurts. Now I need to go to the rest room and it will be gone.

I am telling ya, having Miss Russia at home, and taking pictures with Miss Virginia? That could be a huge scandal not in Russia, but in Arlington, VA.
