Alex 'Russian Roulette' Semin: I am changing my style

The game winning goal was scored by Alexander Semin. He got the puck, threw it ahead between two defensmen, beat another, rushed into the Boston's zone and unloaded the gun! It is impossible to stop such a shot.

After the game Capitals owner Ted Leonsis stood next to the hero. Keeping in mind the famous Semin's interview about Crosby, imposing Greek warned Russian journalists: "Gentlemen! Only one question, and in English!" Alexander, it seemed, got upset, "What? I'd speak in a foreign language? Only in my native!" Leonsis had to agree.

"It just turned out simple", throwed up his hands Semin. "It was a simple trick, what magicians show! The puck was on blue line. I moved it under, pushed it between the skates and ran, got away and shoot it without thinking."

And why without thinking?
In our business all can be decided in a fraction of a second. And from now on I'm now going to shoot more. I actually have a different style of play, but I decided to change it a little bit.

Why Washington recently lost three in a row?
We won a lot before if you noticed. But the team is not made of iron. There are setbacks. Then we lost three. Now we have won two. We are on the rise. Everything is fine.

Are you upset that you are not invited to All star game in Montreal?
I have missed a lot because of the injury. I wanted to go. But it turned out like this. Nothing can be done about it.

What will you do during the break?
I was thinking to go to Miami to relax, but decided to stay in Washington. My friends came to visit me. I will not get bored.
