...the amazing Mike Green Machine takes over in the third period. Goals in six straight games now for Green, adding to his club record, and it makes me want to say that I wish the Norris Trophy could be split in two.
You've heard this argument before...but Mike Green is the best offensive defenseman in the NHL and I don't think he has anyone on his level.
But he's not the best defensive defenseman in the league as that honor might go to Nicklas Lidstrom or Zdeno Chara. If you split the Norris up, half offense/half defense, then Mike Green would be in the running for sure.
And Green machine definitely knows how to spend the money... that jacuzzi delivery with a crane to a penthouse ??? ...probably delivery itself was more than jacuzzi's cost...
What can you say? Lambogreenie Great Green machinee definitely deserved it.
I can see Ovechkin upgrading after he'll hang out at Mike's place... :-)

Saw the video of Mike Green's new loft and the building looks quite familiar. I could be wrong, maybe there are tons of buildings that look like it...but it looks like one in Arlington near Rosslyn...I used to live near in that area and passed by that building all the time...
ps I really enjoy your blog! you totally called that Ovie hattrick against the Sens :-)
