Red vs. White

 SovSport.ru reports about the hockey camp of Russian Olympic Team.

Yesterday Megasport arena at Khodynka in Moscow held an open workout of Russian Olympic team. Eight thousand spectators saw the contours of the team that will play in Vancouver 2010. The Coaches Bykov and Zakharkin put on ice six quintets of hockey players divided into Red and White teams.

Russia's squad started the early Sunday morning in the gym. The hockey players got to arena at 11 am. Exactly an hour later they came out and into the bus and returned to the Aerostar hotel.



Alexander Ovechkin left the arena limping on his left leg. He frowned and groaned and hung on the shoulders of Fedorov and Nikulin. The reporters shuddered, was Alexander the Great injured? But Ovechkin immediately straightened up, smiled and waved his hand to all!
