(Attention to Nate Ewell, Sr. Director of Media Relations, Washington Capitals, I am asking you a big favor to relay it to Ovi, thank you in advance!)
I've been running this blog for several years following Ovi on and off the ice, as you can tell, and I've never seen him being so upset and depressed by the recent events.
(Courtesy Tarik El-Bashir, Capitals Insider)
I think what bothers him the most is that the media and opposite fans are trying to portrait him as a villain which is obviously not the case.
If you post the comments in his support, I will do my best to translate it into Russian. He can read it in English, of course, but reading it in his native language would be much more effective to reach him.
Please leave the name in the comments (real or not) so that you'd identify your comment translated into Russian. There won't be any new posts till Monday when Ovi will play against Tampa (1st game after suspension).
If you want to leave your comments in Russian, it would be even better for me. :-)
I'll start with the recent comment from Anonymous...
We love you, Ovie! We love your passion on the ice and your fun, sweet nature off the ice. Heal fast and blow away the other teams with tons of goals!
Martha:
I think that the media is trying to make him out to be a villan of some sort. I love the way the plays and lives, with reckless abandon. I dont think he is a malicious person, I think he has a great heart. That story you posted a couple years back about that little girl was awesome. Plus he really earned points in my book when I read about how he gave his All Star jersey to a fan with MS. I have MS, myself, although thankfully not as bad as that guy had it, and I thought that was an upstanding thing to do. I think he's a class act all the way! Now I am hoping he behaves and stays healthy because he's due out here in L.A. on Jan.2! I am blowing off a wedding to go to that game! My 9 year old has been waiting for months to see him too! I missed him in DC, no way I am missing him here in my home town. Going to be tough though, since I have been a Kings fan my entire life! Luc Robitaille is my all time fav, another class act!
It takes a lot of time to translate, so bear with me, please...
We support you Alex! Your love for the game and passion on the ice is what makes you just amazing to watch. You seem like a genuine, nice guy off the ice as well. :) Don't take the scrutiny to heart. There will always be people who disagree with what you say and do...it comes with being the superstar you are.
In the words of one of my students, "I heard they kicked 0vi out for 2 games. That was dumb. He's the reason I started liking hockey." (These kids knew nothing about hockey until they got stuck with me as a teacher haha!) :)
Keep your head up. I'll still be rocking the 8 and VC tomorrow as always.
Hey Ovi - please never change who you are. We love you because you are the most amazing hockey player on the planet, and an amazing person as well. We Caps fans are so lucky to be able to watch you play hockey, and it's your passion for the game that has captivated the city. You're the reason I started watching hockey, and I'm proud to say that I'm an Ovi fan. :)
We all love you Alex! You’re an amazing hockey player and I admire the way you give everything you have with every shift on the ice. The skill, speed and agility you show makes everyone want to sit back in awe and just take in the grace and elegance that your skating exudes. When you had the collision I was worried I stopped what everyone in the room was doing and just held my breath waiting for you to return to your feet. That was a worrisome time until I heard the following morning that you had taken the ice to skate before the team practice. Happy you didn’t have an injury that would take you away from your passion for an extended period of time and will hopefully be ready to return on Monday against Tampa. All your supporters love and know that you are a great individual off the ice as well and would never go out there to intentionally injure anyone. Get well soon and I can’t wait to see you back on that ice doing what you love!
Alex, don’t take what the media says to heart. I don’t think any of us need to say this because you never let anybody or anything take you down but do know that whatever happens your fans, teammates and family will always be there for you. You are a star around the world because you have deserved every award and honor given to you and have worked hard from day one; from playing hockey as a kid all the way to the NHL now. Never take the Ovie we all know away from us and give us the same Ovie that has taught us to love and enjoy hockey as much as he does.
Ovi, I truly cannot tell you how much you have changed my life. I didn't care at all about hockey 3 years ago, but then I saw you play. You were captivating, fun to watch, and best of all you had a heart of gold. I could feel your passion through the TV even though I knew nothing about hockey back then. You taught me to love hockey. Now, hockey is all I think and care about. The Washington Capitals are all I think and care about, and I never miss a Caps game. My parents always joke that I only come home from college to see a Caps game!
I love the way you celebrate your teammates' goals and accomplishments. You are a true team player. Ovi, I had never had a hero/role model because I didn't think anyone was even close to the person I want to be. But you are my hero. Your passion, heart, and kindness are what I admire most about you. You probably don't remember, but at the Nashville game I made a sign that said "Ovechkin reminds me to never give up on my dreams." Don't ever change. Not for the NHL, not for Russia, not even for Caps fans. I will always believe in you.
So bring the Cup to DC this year and show Bettman and the loser Pens fans what we all already know: that you are the best player in the world and nothing will ever hold you back!
Alex, stay true to who you are. Your fans know that you would never intentionally hurt anyone! You have so many people who love and appreciate your skill and passion for hockey. Don't let negativity bring you down. So many people have been drawn to hockey because of you! God has blessed you with a special talent so keep playing with the same intensity that you always have shown on the ice. There will always be people saying negative things about you. You will never be able to please everyone so please stay true to who you are.
I have a class full of kindergartners who love you and draw pictures of you playing hockey in their journals. How awesome is that?! They knew nothing about hockey before this year and now they watch you and some have even gone to some games in DC to see YOU.
You have so much support. Think about that instead of all the negative comments from people who truly don't know you. I'm coming to Philly Saturday night proudly wearing my Ovechkin jersey. :) Go Caps!
I have enjoyed your goal scoring ability and your passion for the last four (going on 5) years.
I love you as though you were my own kid and are the son I never had. (Instead, I have a daughter who's the same age.)
You are one of the most loyal friends and teammates a guy could have.
Yes, I did get mad at you Monday. And, yes, I want you to be careful, because I want to see you play for many more years. But I think the officials (and the NHL) are targeting you unfairly. Neither the penalty vs Buffaslo nor the penalty against Carolina should have been called majors, in my humble opinion.
And, by the way, I enjoyed meeting you at a couple of collectors' shows and at Caps con.
You'll be back in the line-up before you know it. Mr. Hockey, none other than Gordie Howe, loves your style of play, why change? Those darn penalties could have just as easily not been called or even 2 minute minors. Subjective calls brother, subjective calls. If your opponents would stop veering and ducking the hits wouldn't look borderline. Fans have been backing you up in blog spots all over the world. We appreciate what you have brought to DC. THANKS!!!! Good luck the rest of the way. You and your boys will be lifting the Cup soon.
We support you Alex! My youngest son plays travel hockey with the CBHL (in your area!). We know how much the kids love to watch you play and try to imitate your moves. Keep playing your style of hockey - your an awesome hockey player. Take care and we'll see you play on December 28th. Good Luck to Ovie and the Caps! Sandi
If this wasn't an Olympic year, nobody would care. But they will do anything to get you off your game and get you upset and not play like only you can.
They are scared of you Ovi and know you will do anything to win gold for your country. Don't let them make you something you're not. A mean player with a grudge. They'll be looking to use that against you, anyway they can.
Just keep your chin up and play your game. The last laugh will be on them when at the seasons end you're holding a gold medal, the Stanley Cup, the Lester B Person, the Maurice "Rocket" Richard, the Art Ross and last but not least, the Hart trophy.
Tall list I know, but if there's anyone in the world that can do it, you can.
We believe in you Ovi, even when it seems like nobody does.
My Russian isn't very good (because I use babblefish) but I found this.
You'll get your day, and on that day everyone in the world will know who is the best hockey player in the world.
Best player on the planet hands down. Don't change a thing. The league (Colin Campbell) doesn't have a clue how to run the league let alone hand out disipline. Don't let it get you down.
Alex, we all support you! You are the best thing to ever happen to hockey in the US of A, and the best thing to happen to Washington, DC sports in forever. You wear your heart on your sleeve for everyone to see, and it broke mine to see you so down yesterday. Please don't let the media change you. Be the fun-loving, hard-hitting, hard-playing, goal-scoring guy you are, and to hell with what the media wants the world to think. You are this generation's Rocket Richard, in so many ways, and you're all heart. Illigitimi non carborundum. Don't let the bastards wear you down!
Hey Alex! Don't change the way you play just because someone reacts. You did not change the way you celebreted when Don Cherry told you not to react that way, so don't change now! We love you that way, the passionate and funny guy who loves what he does! Keep the games entertaining and all will be good!
Ovie - all true Caps - and hockey fans - love you and the way you play. Please stay true to yourself, as Ted said. But - and I'm saying this as someone who is a mother - please be a bit more careful so you don't hurt yourself! We all need you healthy and strong!
Ovie those who love you and watch you also support you 100%, it's the people you play for everytime you hit the ice, it's the people who chant your name when you score a goal, it's the people who wait outside just to catch a glimpse of you, it's the people who wear your jerseys at games...it's the 18,277 people who fill the seats at verizon center and the hundreds more hwo watch you on tv. We are all you fans and we all love you for what you have brought and continue to bring to DC.
I speak for myself when I say simply, I love you Alexander Ovechkin and I don't want you ever to change (except to try to continue to score more goals then you have before ;)
Ovie just keep being you. There's a reason you're the most feared player in the league, and it has absolutely nothing to do with this recent slander of being 'dirty'. I'll be rocking my bright red 8 jersey tonight in Baltimore with pride.
Hey Alex! Forget what other fans and the Canadian Media is trying to make you in to. Just remember that all of the fans here in and around Washington love you're play!
Aleksandr - ti samij dominantnij igrok so vremen Gretzky 80ih godov. Kajduju sekundu shto ti provodish na ldu, protivniki drozhat so strahu. Tebia bojatsa i s shajboj i bez shaibi. Pozhalujsta ne daj etomu shtrafu izmenit' tvoj stil' igri. Tvoj entusiasm i inergia ozhivliajut i komandu i bolelshikov! Pomni, chto mi vsegda s toboj!
Just keep playing your game Ovie - the world loves you and you are the best and most entertaining player!!! Like millions of people i love the way you play - sometimes a hit does not goes as planned but this is hockey! All the best and remember i follow you all the time everyday.
Alex, I don't believe you are in the wrong here. I've watched both game misconducts multiple times and disagree with the referee's call both times. I have great respect for how you play the game and wish you and the team the best going forward. Keep doing what you do and play the game the way you play! I'll keep cheering you and the caps on and I will keep teaching my son to play the game.
Keep playing your own game; that's what got you here and that's what will take you further. But I think you already know that. Please don't change a thing.
(In Russian? Maybe?)
Alex, please don't change the way you play, that's why the fans love you. All the true Caps and hockey fans, love you. Don't be upset because some people think mad things about you. We know you would never intentionally hurt anyone. Please stay true to yourself, fans will always loving you for the person you are. I am very proud to be a Caps fan in Quebec and I am not afraid to show myself with my Number 8 jersey!!! Continue enjoying hockey like you do, that's why I am an Ovechkin fans!! Keep it up, Ovie!!!!
Alex-Ted said it best. Be true to yourself. Your detractors will manufacture reasons for your actions that appeal to their bias rather than reflect the truth. Your Capitals fans know the real Ovechkin and stand behind you 110%.
Don't change a thing dude, if there wasn't hitting it wouldn't be hockey, it would Ice Capades!
Far as I'm concerned, and many fans out there, the biggest "eff-you" that the league can get is to go out there and keep playing the same way you have been.
Keep your head up Ovie! Never change who you are just because people want you to or they don't see eye-to-eye with how you play the game. We all love and support how you play the game. You've changed DC and hockey for the better even if you don't realize it. You brought all of us together. Never change. They're afraid of you and your skill, so continue to make them afraid. The NHL needs you more than you need the NHL. So don't be worried about them at all.
Alex, you rock! Stay strong, keep you head up, and keep playing your game, the game we love you for! The Caps fans know your pain and will stick with you through it all.
Hope this translates correctly!
The truth about you is not what strangers say or write. The truth is what those who love you criticise when you've done wrong and that what makes them love you in the first place. Don't give people the satisfaction of listening to their false tales. Liars tend to prove themselves wrong, if you only give them enough time (^_~). If they don't like you for what you are they'll never like you anyway, so for the sake of us who like what you do: Keep going strong!(Just please don't get hurt anymore. We're always having kittens when you're in pain!) Niemand
Ovi, Continue to do what you do best. You are an inspiration to many people and are by far the most exciting and best player in hockey. My young daughter watches every Caps game with my wife and I and loves to watch you play.
The media is in this country has no tact and will try their best to turn anything into a big story. Don't take what they or what people like Don Cherry have to say to heart. Just continue to be who you are.
Ovie : Remember that the media is just paid to sell whatever they're selling (except for Don Cherry, who is paid to be an oxygen-thief). Your fans are with you the whole way, and we all want you to keep playing as hard as you can.
Yeah, the suspension is lame. Ultimately, though...you're not hurt. That would have been way worse. Just keep your chin up, and next time...take out the ref instead ;)
OVIE: I am a Caps season ticket holder and have three sons. I would be thrilled if any of them played hockey - or any sport for that matter - with your passion. Your talent is a gift from God. Your passion allows you to capitalize on that gift. Don't ever let the league bureaucrats get you down. They are jealous. Play hard. Merry Christmas!
Alex, as a Cap fan since the early 80's I am VERY GLAD you are a Cap!!! You play the game as it should be played, and I think most hockey fans will agree with this. I like how you play with an edge and I really like that you have been compared to Gordie Howe. Howe is the best player ever in my opinion, at least at this time. You are already the best player in the world, but I still think there is more. I like the way you carry yourself and this shows me your parents influence athletically. I hope your game never changes, (only improves!), and fans everywhere LOVE the passion you play with. And as to the Olympics, GO RUSSIA!!!
In English: Ovie you are the most electrifying man in hockey today (probably in sports also). Don't change yourself only because a minority of jelous people want to. People make mistakes and no one is perfect. You love this game and this game loves you back!
Alex don't you dare change anything about the way you play or act, i know fans from other teams hate on you because you are the best to ever play the game, but the fact that the media is now trying to put a negative spin on the way play your game is RIDICULOUS,just because you show up the big lipped pretty boy cry baby "poster boy" for the NHL doesn't mean that you are a bad person. You are the most exciting intense ethusiastic guy i've ever seen play hockey and its the reason why i have such a huge enthusiasm for the sport now. Rest that knee for a few more days and then come back next week and destroy Tampa Bay, and DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING !!!
Alex, You have so many fans who love and support you and I hope that our encouragement and confidence in you will help motivate you through the injuries and rough times.~~ " I'd rather be hated for who I am ,than loved for who I am not "~~ As many times as I've heard that quote, I still love it and live my life by it. Please don't change anything about who you are, or what you do ! I've become a Capitals fan because of you, and I can't imagine watching a game without the Alex Ovechkin I've come to anticipate see play his heart out every game. You've made the game of hockey exciting to watch for so many fans of the game and the things you've given and sacrificed for the game do not go unnoticed by those fans. Your spirit, passion, and overall wonderful personality is adored by many fans and I hope you know that. I was fortunate enough to attend the Capitals Convention this year and loved the fact that you were so wonderful to all of the fans there and extremely gracious, accommodating, and so much fun to be around. I wish you all of the best !!
Your passion for hockey is an inspiration to us all. When you give something your all, sometimes these things happen. Relax, and use the time to get a different perspective on the way the Caps play so when you come back the team will be even better than before.
I admit I was horrified when I saw the hit and you went down. I am so glad no one was seriously injured.
Keep your head up, your stick on the ice, and play to win! If you think about it, give a shout out to the season ticket holders in section 430 - we're there for you, we've got your back.
My whole family loves you, Alex. You bring something to the ice that no other player in the NHL today does. But it’s not just your hockey skills that are amazing – it’s also the deep love you have for your family, your ferocious protection of your private life, and that you’re not afraid to show your emotions. You are so exciting to watch on the ice because of that passion. Consider everything you do – not just hockey, but all the charitable causes you support. You have made a world of difference to so many people. We totally admire you and don’t think you should change because other people can’t handle the reality of the sport.
To Our Alex the Great 8--I am reprinting what I wrote on the Capital Insider blog after the reporters interviewed you about the suspension.
"i have always enjoyed Ovi's interactions with the press. He's so funny, droll, and refreshingly honest in interviews interspersed with a sharp and lively wit. So few athletes are as brilliant as he is, both physically and intellectually.
I personally found this video disturbing. It showed our Ovi weary and frustrated. How can he change the very essence of his being, to play all out with pure passion for the game of hockey. To demonstrate the joy he has in playing this simple game.
He knows that the reporters even Tarik are out for blood (that is after all a reporters job), and he knows that he has to respond but not give them more fuel to the fire.
The flash of the old Ovi--the fleeting smile when he said angry--is still evident . Yet our Tarik uses the word angry in a misleading context as the header for his article. I have liked Tarik's and Lindsay et al providing us with so much Caps coverage, but I was very disappointed in how he covered Ovi today. Very disappointed indeed.
I am proud of Ovi. He has courage and honesty both on ice and off--especially now to speak with the reporters when his emotions are raw and still remain in control. He is the epitome of a sublime athlete and an honorable person. He is the kind of athlete I want my son to admire and emulate.
I am proud to call Ovi a Washington Capital. I am proud that he is the very heart of this team. I am proud to call him our own.
Lol Gordie called you a "throwback," I could never say something more inspirational than that. Gordie thinks you're a modern piece of history. Meaning you are the type of player who has the real classic hockey ethic, not just a sniper or specialist.
You're the kind of player who keeps the original tradition of hockey alive. If the anti-Russian suits up in Toronto won't pull their Nerf hockey claws out of this league, we'd forgive you for going to play in another one. Who wants to play in a league where grown men are made to feel like they should have to apologize to each other for playing the game the way it was meant to be played?
In the mean time, please cause as much trouble as possible, you're the best thing that's ever happened to sports in this town full of transplants.
RedLit said: Ovie - of course we support you, but do change - all great players, artists change or they get boring and predictable. I kind of get that you run the players that want to run you, and maybe you're doing some payback for all of the bullcrap Russian players have been dished out in the league over the years, etc. But that kind of fixation will make you blind, you need your eyes open...
I've been a Capitals/hockey fan all my life and I've never seen a player play with so much passion and so much heart as you do. You were truly a blessing to not just the Capitals, but to the city of DC as well. You singlehandedly turned Washington DC into Hockeytown, USA. You're a tremendous athlete and a great person to match.
Listen to me when I tell you, Don't. Ever. Change. Us Caps fans, we love the way you are. We love the way you play. We love the hits. We love the goals. We love the celebrations. We love everything about The Great 8.
I wear my Ovechkin jersey with pride whenever I where it and this whole situation doesn't change that. You are Alexander "The Great" Ovechkin. Always remember that. Don't let any one else tell you other wise. You're the best in the NHL today and you will go down as the best ever. This isn't the end of the world, I promise. You still have a lot to accomplish, mister. I know you've got that Stanley Cup on your mind ;] Hold your head high, Alex. You have no reason to be hanging it down.
tj you sure have your work cut out for you huh, this isn;t like the Ovie bday wishes (which I read but forgot to comment on) what a response huh, with all these comments it makes me and Im sure you realzie it isnt just the same 5 people who constantly comment on mostly all your posts who read your blog on a daily basis (although i never doubted that a lot of people read it, but this sure proves it!)
Alex, do not let the negative words make you feel bad. People who say bad things do not know what is in your heart - only you do. Believe the words of the people that care about you - your family and friends, most of all. Do not believe the negative words because they come from people that do not know what is in your heart.
Do not change who you are inside, and do not let cruel words hurt you. I know it is hard to listen to those things and not feel anger, but instead of feeling angry feel sorry for them because they are fools.
Translated using Google Translate so it might be pretty bad:
Alex, you are so incredible. The Caps would not be the same without you and your energy and strength and skills. DON'T CHANGE!!! Hold your head up high---be proud of yourself because all your fans are sure proud of you. I "heart" Ovi!!!
Alex, you are an amazing, wonderful person as well as an immensely talented hockey player. I believe that you are the best hockey player in the world and I am very much looking forward to seeing you play in person for the first time at the Olympics. I hope you never change your playing style because it represents the person that you are although I do wish that you would think a bit more carefully before you throw hits as I am worried that you might get hurt. I hope that you are feeling better after your suspension and I am looking forward to seeing you smiling and playing with all your heart on the ice once your suspension is over. Good luck!
Haters gonna hate, players gonna play. Don't change a thing. Howe, Messier, Ovechkin...the truly great ones never have to and never will. And that's what makes them great.
Ovi it's simple to say that you leave me speechless on most nights and you have spoiled me as a hockey fan. Hat tricks, multiple point games and ridiculous moves are so "normal" for me now that often I forget that "most" players don't accomplish half of what you do in one game let alone a whole season.
I am so impressed not only with your skill but more than anything your passion for everything. You are one of kind, and I thank god everyday that you are here in Washington with us.
P.S. Since your "off" for a few days if you could work on getting semin to stick around that would be awesome!
@Ovi You're a phenomenal player, who is arguably the greatest in the world. Take solace in the fact that when you are at the top there will always be someone who hates on your success.
Ted, Bruce, the Team, and the fans are behind you.
Rest the knee up and get back out there so you can continue to play your phenomenal style of hockey.
Sasha, I've liked hockey for a very long time, but never loved it the way I do since you came to the NHL. Stay true to yourself; it's the best thing you can do for your team, for your teammates, for hockey, but most especially for yourself.
Ovi -- I hope you never change your passion and your joy in playing hockey, and that you stay true to all the things that made you who you are.
I didn't like the reporter's questions when they said you'd said one thing, but Bruce had said something different. I don't think you need to respond to something second hand. In English, we say we need to get something "straight from the horse's mouth".
Ovie, dont let them get you down! your and inspiration to me and all people, you never give up and every game your out there kickin' ass! a suspension is a suspension what can ya do? i'll tell ya! keep kickin ass! Girls love you too!(like my sign)hehe keep doing what you do!
You are much loved in this country because you have strength, humor and passion for life and hockey. You play "old school" style hockey. Physical, smart and no fear. Balls of steel. You represent your country and your professional team with pride and a fierce competitive nature. But even with all that said, I think I agree with your GM and coach.
We don't want you to change, we want you to understand that in a long season you don't need to use all your gifts at the risk of injury to yourself and others every time you hit the ice. If you can control and turn the mega aggression on when you or the team needs it, isn't that much better?
You are a young strong bull now but years from now you will be an older, wiser but slower strong bull. Isn't it better to be a young but wiser bull now? The Japanese warrior Musashi was one of the strongest and best samurai warriors when he was in his 20's. But he was the greatest warrior when he was in his 50's. Why? He understood the way of strategy. He wrote in his Book of War "When you have attained the Way of strategy there will be not one thing that you cannot understand".
If you can master how to use your energy and passion strategically, you will be unstoppable. And perhaps injured less... GO CAPS!!!
I believe that you have always played hockey to the best of your ability and all that has happened lately has been unfair to you. You have done nothing wrong, I'm sure your intentions have always been pure and within the rules.
Please continue to play the game exactly as you have been, that will be the best way for you to achieve all your dreams. You are the greatest hockey player in the world.
Thanks for playing for my favorite team and may every good thing always turn out for you. Go Caps!!

Alex - you are the best at what you do because of the way you do it. Don't change!
Jennifer
-Nicci
Go Caps!
Sandi
We love you Ovi, please don't change.
Alex, Caps fans support you 100 percent. You are the best thing to happen to the Caps.
I speak for myself when I say simply, I love you Alexander Ovechkin and I don't want you ever to change (except to try to continue to score more goals then you have before ;)
GO CAPS!!!!
We support you Alex. Keep playing your game. Go Caps!
Keep it up!

We're always having kittens when you're in pain!)

OVIE:
I am a Caps season ticket holder and have three sons.
In English:
Ovie you are the most electrifying man in hockey today (probably in sports also).
Alex,
You have so many fans who love and support you and I hope that our encouragement and confidence in you will help motivate you through the injuries and rough times.~~ " I'd rather be hated for who I am ,than loved for who I am not "~~ As many times as I've heard that quote, I still love it and live my life by it.
-Jean Marie
Alex,
Your passion for hockey is an inspiration to us all.
Steph, Dave and Kirk

GO OVECHKIN! GO! GO! OVECHKIN!!!
RedLit said:
Ovie - of course we support you, but do change - all great players, artists change or they get boring and predictable. I kind of get that you run the players that want to run you, and maybe you're doing some payback for all of the bullcrap Russian players have been dished out in the league over the years, etc. But that kind of fixation will make you blind, you need your eyes open...
Alex,
I've been a Capitals/hockey fan all my life and I've never seen a player play with so much passion and so much heart as you do.
<3
tj you sure have your work cut out for you huh, this isn;t like the Ovie bday wishes (which I read but forgot to comment on) what a response huh, with all these comments it makes me and Im sure you realzie it isnt just the same 5 people who constantly comment on mostly all your posts who read your blog on a daily basis (although i never doubted that a lot of people read it, but this sure proves it!)
YAY OVIE, YAY CAPS! YAY TJ!!!!
DCCITIZEN1:
Good luck!
Ovi:
Haters gonna hate, players gonna play. Don't change a thing. Howe, Messier, Ovechkin...the truly great ones never have to and never will. And that's what makes them great.
Free Alex!
@Ovi
You're a phenomenal player, who is arguably the greatest in the world.
See you in LA at Staples!
GO CAPS!!!
Ovie, dont let them get you down! your and inspiration to me and all people, you never give up and every game your out there kickin' ass! a suspension is a suspension what can ya do? i'll tell ya! keep kickin ass! Girls love you too!(like my sign)hehe keep doing what you do!
Ovi:
GO CAPS!!!
What an awesome job you did TJ, thanks for doing this!
This is beyond awesome TJ! You rock, way to make Ovie's day!
Go Caps!!
