Merry Christmas!
Sabres 2, Caps 5. Wow, what a great present on December 23 in Washington, DC to all of us from Caps and Ovi! :-)

Ovi got 2 assists and a beautiful slap shot goal, +1, 20:54 total ice time, 01:09 for a shift, 5 shots on goal, 2 attempts blocked, 2 missed, 4 hits.

We've got a team now, not just one man team like before: Backis with 2 goals, Green with 1 goal and 1 assist, Morrison with a goal, Semin with 2 assists and Fleischmann gave Caps two man advantage.
What else do you want for Christmas? :-)

Vancouver, Dec. 18, 2009
Alyonka and Diana Larionovs singing a song on "That's What Christmas Means To Me". And Ovie holds the sign that says that he wants Moscow for Christmas [Тебя :-) Москва]. Apparently they asked Ovechkin not what Christmas means to him, but what he wants for Christmas.
Believe it or not, but according to Igor Larionov's interview in Sovetsky Sport last summer, Diana roots for Canada, she was born in Vancouver. Alyonka was born in Russia.
It's gonna be tough for them to watch Olympic games in Vancouver.

Anyhow, one more time:
