Malkin: I hope in Sochi it will be better

Malkin gave an interview to Mikhail Zislis of Sport-Express after team Russia's training at Brittania Centre yesterday:

When did you last time played with Ovechkin?
At the World Championships in Moscow, a couple of times we were on ice together. At the same tournament in Vienna back in 2005 and in Riga in 2006. It's great to play with him, just great.

Canadian experts fear you two playing together.
The main thing is to make something happen, the results, and no one should pull the blanket to himself. Although with such a teammate like Sasha, there shouldn't be any problems.

Bryzgalov criticized the organization of the Olympics. And what do you think?
There are some negative aspects, but everybody has them. Those who will stop paying attention to it faster than the others, would be in a better position. As for food, everybody has the same food. It's not super, of course. It's not perfect, but nobody thought it would be easy. I hope in Sochi it will be better (laughs).

Hey I was in the Sochi Pavillion in Vancouver and saw an interesting movie about Andrei Nikolishin. Do you have any idea where I could find it? I don't speak Russian so it's hard to google it. I think the name was "three periods...and overtime." Reply to the comment if you know. Thanks.

I think they are friends again. At the end of warmup before the Russia-Latvia game they spent about 5 extra minutes working together on tip shots before leaving the ice. They were the only players out there and it was really cool to see them just fooling around together, not caring that thousands of people were watching...
