Ovechkin: It's just a one game

Apr. 15, 2010 Ovechkin talks to media after the game 1 vs. Montreal

Capitals Insider, Apr. 15, 2010:Ovechkin, though, took the brunt of the criticism. He was held without a shot for only the second this season and fourth time in his career. He also finished without a shot and a point for the first time in his career.

Most troubling about Ovechkin's struggles was that he wasn't shut down by one dominant defensive pair. He saw significant time against all three pairs.

"He didn't play good," Boudreau said of two-time MVP. "I can't put my finger on it right now, but when you get 50 shots on goal and Ovechkin doesn't get any, and you have four power plays, there's something ...They took him away. But I didn't think he was very good."
