To answer Coach BB's question about killer instinct, that if the Caps don't win tonight does it mean they don't have it?
Well yeah, Coach, with all due respect. The Caps have the best home record, the best overall record for the season. It would benefit them to end this thing early to rest and heal the bruised and injured players. So yeah, killer instinct means taking the other team by the throat and not giving them life, not giving them any momentum or reason they can rally and upset the Caps.
So yeah, you and the Caps need to end this first round matchup sooner rather than later.
One word: FAILURE
