Dinara Kafiskina, sportsdaily.ru, talks to Alex Ovechkin's Dad Mikhail Ovechkin.
"We always had a livestock in our house; the cats and dogs, fish, small parrots," says Uncle Misha.
"When my son played for Dynamo he would bring stray cats from Novogorsk facility. We still have one after 10 years. The kittens and cats stay, but tomcats eat off and leave. We have 3 dogs, 8 cats, and a fish tank. But when his friend Grigoryev-Apolonov was presented with a sheep as a birthday present, Alex brought it to the dacha. The sheep lived here the whole winter, got fat. I decided to give it away. Sheeps are herd animals."
Ok, Baasha is gone, What about German shepherd Ghera? Awesome news, you can see Ghera in Arlington very soon. Uncle Misha is bringing the dog to the States in September.
