Team Ovechkin beats team Datsyuk

The NHL stars and two forwards of team Russia Alexander Ovechkin and Pavel Datsyuk met in an exciting contest, organized by Reebok, to demonstrate the strength and endurance, as well as test Reebok Zig Tech shoes.



The friends and fans of hockey who gathered at the "Arena Moscow" club, were divided into two teams. The most daring and athletic followed their captains to overcome the formidable distance with a zigzag path, then pass the hanging bars using hands, do pushups five times, throw a basketball in a basket, climb up the steep hill and jump from one rock to another using hanging rope. The team with the Washington Capitals captain have won.

"I am always happy to participate in such events," said Ovechkin said to Sportbox.ru writer Ekaterina Baleva. "Everything that is related to athletics, movement is a joy for me.
