What happened??? Where did this performance come from? It’s as if the Caps resurrected the 2009-10 version, at least for one night, instead of the same old same old 2010-11 variety that wore the same jerseys but really were impostors.
It all comes down to this: do I prefer they win 7-6 instead of losing 3-2? The question shouldn’t even have to be asked. Now let’s see if they can do it again tonight against the Sharks, and again afterward. Whatever it took to motivate and awaken them for the Ducks, let’s see if they can repeat it.
