A message from Washington Capitals Captain
Troy Brouwer had hard time to understand Alex Ovechkin over the cell phone, but he got a loud and clear message from Washington Capitals Captain: "Welcome!"

Brouwer already feels like a member of this team thanks to Alex Ovechkin, who reached out to him in late June.
“Yeah I talked to Ovi a couple weeks ago, right after I got traded. I couldn’t understand him very much on the phone, but a real nice guy and he welcomed me to the team,” Brouwer said. “To me that’s very comforting, very welcoming. “
Troy is a month older than Ovi, has the same height and a little lighter, with 214 lb and he is also a left wing. Interesting...

That's cool, it's always good when the Capitan makes a simple call to a new player. I know a lot don't. Can't wait to see the team shape up soon!
