Ovechkin at Afinogenov's wedding (update)

Elena Dementieva and Maxim Afinogenov got married today at 5:55 PM Moscow time. The ceremony was held on the roof of the Moscow hotel "Ritz" with the background view of the Kremlin.
The guests of the wedding, that is taking place at the moment, are tennis players Elena Vesnina, Alla Kudryavtseva, Vera Zvonareva, Dinara Safina, Svetlana Kuznetsova. The hockey side of the wedding is represented by Alexander Ovechkin, Ilya Kovalchuk, Viktor Kozlov, Alexei Yashin, Alexei Kasatonov, the KHL's president Alexander Medvedev and the owner of SKA Petersburg Gennady Timchenko.

Apparently Ovi started 'late nite filings' right from the wedding. :-)

Our readers were right, Ovi didn't wear a tux, just a white shirt.

Turned out Ovi was at the wedding with a girlfriend, but somehow managed to keep her off the cameras.

Agreed. The dress looks like it can't make up its mind - molting swan or sleek with floral accents.
Ugh! I agree the wedding dress looks horrible. Too busy, too tacky, too...horrible.
Do I detect facial hair on Ovie's face? If so, Gillette better not find out. Or if they do, don't make a stink about it.
Too bad the photo is blurred and washed out. I would have liked a better view of Ovie in a tux, although I would have preferred some color rather than all white. He will be a very handsome groom for someone some day.:)
