Vokoun, Ovechkin see more ice time, a common sense prevail

Tomas Vokoun is undeniably numero uno, obviously with ups and down, but still numero uno, and tonight it's going to be his 8th straight start in the net. I do believe that the more you play the goalie, even when their game is off, the more confidence they get going into playoffs.

What is interesting that Alex Ovechkin started seeing an increased ice time at about the same time, 7-8 games ago.

It's a very positive sign, Dale Hunter is finally getting a full understanding of this team's strengths and weaknesses. We criticized Dale in the past and happy to give him credit when it's due. Viva Dale Hunter!

Tonight Mojo is centering Ovi's line again, hurrah! Ovi, Mojo and Semin are going to tear apart Bolts famous trap. Ovechtrick for three of them tonight! :-)
