Here's a great interview by CSN Washington with Alex Ovechkin, Part 1 and Part 2.

In Part 1 they asked Ovi how he proposed to Maria:

Did you get down on one knee?

Yeah.

Really?

Yeah.

In Part 2 Ovi talks about the coaches and particularly about Dale Hunter and his system. "Of course sometimes I felt trapped," said Ovi. Though Ovi didn't enjoy it, I think it was a great experience for him. He once joked that all he learned from Dale's system was blocking shots. And he actually really started doing it a lot more often. After Caps were eliminated from playoffs, Ovi went to World Championship and the Russians noticed it too, how many times he went down to block the shots.
